Lanco Federal Credit Union - Willow Street Branch, Willow Street, PA

I was happy with the bank until I go there on a Saturday morning to deposit money. They only let people in the building by appointment on Saturday. So I try the drive through. It was backed up to the road and hadn't moved in 10 minutes. I left and I'll be looking for a new bank. There is a members1st bank rite up the road maybe they actually put members 1st.

Today I became a member of your bank and was very upset hearing the F word being used by the teller. Her name was Cat. She was not on the teller line but in the side room and heard it clearly. Very unprofessional. I would hope this will be addressed. Really do not want to go to this branch anytime soon

I love how helpful the people are at Lanco Federal Credit Union in Willow. They make it easy for me to do my car payment in person. If you do bank with Lanco I suggest you go with Gloria Colon. She makes it easier for you to understand any banking question even in Spanish too! Gloria is super friendly and helpful!

LANCO Willow Street Branch is by far the most helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable bank I've ever dealt with. I left my bank of 11 years to come here where my fiance banks and I'm so happy I did. Gloria is just one of a kind and makes every experience a smooth and easy transaction. My boyfriend recently lost his ID and this branch remembered him by name! Luckily they were able to allow him to withdrawal money from his account making it possible to buy a replacement ID.
