Now that the original staff is returned to the building I have enjoyed my experience they are a wonderful set of people that work their knowledgeable helpful courteous

Good I've been going there since 1999 they all ways had good sales people very friendly even tho they changed owner ship a rew times

If this place is open they definitely don't answer the phone. I called 7 times today, 7 TIMES. not one person answered the phone. Will be going elsewhere

Not Good this place has change so much you use to goin there if you have an emergency and pawn whatever but now been a customer for over 15 years I have to put my name on a list and if I don't have gold my stuff is worthless so if you don't have gold don't even bother going in

Went to the location they're closed at 5:00 p.m. . Not sure if they went out of business or what but won't be back here since they don't honor their hours.

The lady does not go above and beyond anything but selfishness. I feel that they should allow Family to pay the interest if the responsible person is in a medical facility and cannot make the trip. I believe other pawn shops go above by allowing that to happen. This way, everyone is a winner winner. winner

We called to ask about some items which they said no to all, so we asked which items they do take, and they weren’t able to tell us, so we found some more items, we called in, the lady said to bring it in to take a look, and of course immediately get told no because she was too busy talking to someone else instead. Terrible customer service. Pawn shop but refuses to take anything.

Always was pleasant and helpful and straight to the point about what it was and will be I appreciate the workers there
