Entered the store and asked about selling my tv without my tv in hand because I had to park fair. I wanted to know if they would take it before I carried it to the store. When I ask the guy he said yeah we can take it. However, when I went back with my tv in hand the doors were locked and the store was closed. Unprofessional! Could of told me, that he was closing.

I personally wouldn't even give them that. I called to see about pawning something & they claim they don't do pawns, when in fact if you Google pawn shops York, Pa. they pop up. If they aren't then that's false advertisement. Person on other end was also rude when I tried to inform them of what it says according to Google. He didn't want to hear it.

I would give zero stars if I could. The owner said he would give me a certain amount then gave $100 less and gave me the run around for 2 weeks acting like he wasn’t the owner and said I have to wait till owner is back but he was there all along and just screwed me out of $100

Walk in, and the guy asks how much I am looking for. I said $90, because I wanted $80. He said the best he can do is $50. I then asked if he would do $75. He again says the best he can do is $50. I thank him and walk out to think about it for a few minutes. I come back in and tell him $50 is fine. He then says that he never told me he would buy the product from me. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Very poor service, and trashy store front.

Josh is very professional and he doesn’t rip you off. He is always fair. People want exorbitant amount of money for items they KNO they’re not going to get anywhere. Josh is always fair, and when things are broken he DOES refund your money.

Great service! Had a small issue texted the worker back and he fixed the problem immediately. And he was super friendly and even waited open a few mins longer so I could come buy the Xbox. His name was josh, super lovely guy! and recommend going to this store!! 10/10🙌 …

I’ve have the best experience with buy sell trade they are very professional and I love the fact the sell dvd’s I have some of my favorite movies and shows I can’t complain I’m giving them 5 stars cause they are good people as well

poor customer service. I called to see if they would take some items I had. The first lady was nice enough. She sent me to another lady (I'm assuming a higher up), and as soon as I explained I have left-overs from a wholesale pallet, she scoffed and hung up. I understand if they don't buy unsold wholesale items. However, the professional thing to do would be to say it. not just hang up while a person is talking. Is it possible we were disconnected? It was a small chance, so I called back, and the line disconnected after one ring.
