My vehicle was recently stolen with my wallet credit cards, drivers license everything. I am so thankful that I am a member at CPM. Especially this CPM because they have a teller named Taby. She already has been outstanding but the day that I needed her the most she went above and beyond. She personally verified my identity (easy because she knows almost all of her clients) and matched my photo. Then it was off to the races as she made me a debit card on the spot, froze my credit card, unlocked my mobile app, and allowed me a withdrawal. Then when she found out I needed my license information for the dmv, she printed me a color copy. Tell me a bank that would do all that not only for free but with a genuine concern for me and a smile. Also have to say that Crissy the loan officer has been there for my family anytime we have ever needed her. Thanks to you both.

Very friendly staff that was helpful for me and my grandson (10 yrs old) is now interested in coin collecting. They provided us with many rolls of pennies without requiring us to be members. Their service and attitude was so customer oriented, that I later joined to be a member. This credit union has one of those money machines you can bring your change to and not have to roll it. That is a BIG plus!

Not a good bank to invest with which is sad because of the fact their a credit union, but they hurt your credit more than they help. Also if you call please make sure it's during business hours because if there's any type of emergency their 24/7 phone service won't be able to help you with anything except answer questions about your cards. That's so convenient right?? All the money is the world and they still won't get right. If you ever heard of Navy Federal and have a way in..... go for it because they make cpm look sorry......................... here it is a year later and I'm still not satisfied with their service. Honestly not convient

CPM of Bluffton is wonderful, they are all so nice and helpful, you never have to wait! I have used them for over a year and their rates can not be beat.
If you have any questions I highly recommend Bre Leger to answer them and set up you account. She is very on top of her work!

no phone # for the Bluffton branch so you must call the main number and give your life history and THEY will help you. ? how is that getting to know the LOCAL customers ? I want to talk to the people I deal with. I do not understand .

I love CPM I have had several accounts mortgage and heli. While Truhonme can be a challenge, CPM takes care of their customers extremely well. Anytime I had an issue with Truhonme Lloyd Vail personally became involved. I have happily referred several people to CPM.

I just want to leave feedback so you guys can improve. I was extremely excited applying to this company because a friend of mine works here and can’t stop talking about what a great company it is. I decided to apply for the dispute position and On 07/03 I got an email from Andrea stating to setup an interview and to reply with date and time. On 07/06 I resent the email to make sure they got my availability for the interview. She replied on 07/12 that she was out but if I was available on Thursday for an interview. On 07/14, 07/17 and 07/20 I sent email again about the interview. On 07/20 she replied that early next week someone will call me for an interview. It is now Friday 07/28 and no one has reach out. I think it’s extremely unprofessional of the hiring department to take so long for an interview. If you’re no longer doing interview or the position was already taken please let us know. I’m so disappointed and sad that I didn’t even get the chance to demonstrate my 10+ years of customer service and collection working for a bank. I really hope with this feedback things change. We live in a time that it’s very hard to get a good job and playing with people emoción like that is not a good image for the company.

I went to this bank to try to open a checking account. They don’t accept TAX ID or Passport and they don’t have that on their website. I think you’ll need 2 types of identification and proof of residency to be able to open an account but this was not the case. It’s unfortunately.
