So in the past I've applied for loans with this company, and EVERYTIME they've turned me down. The first time I did, they said I didn't have enough income. But yet my coworker went and they approved her( but it was only because the guy that used to work there used to borrow money from her and he sparked up her application) then when she got the loan, she NEVER paid on it. They took my information and said give them 20 minutes, well it's been a month later, guess they don't know how to tell time. I have a full time job, I pay all of my bills on time, but they'll give a loan to a person who doesn't have much of an income but NEVER paid them back. I even explained to the woman about my hard time and how by the grace of God I got back on my feet, she pretended to understand, but I see now they don't. Then they sent me a letter explaining why they turned me down for the 3,000 I NEVER asked for$3,000, it was $300.00 they prey on the elderly, I wouldn't dare do business with these heartless people

Costly errors to customers! I went to pay my daughters loan because she had to work late. I wanted to use my debit card. Woman behind desk said my card was "denied." And "to contact your financial institution". She said she could only "run your card twice because our system only will process two in a 24 hour period". So, I walked to my car and called my bank. Was told Security Finance tried to process it with the WRONG expiration date. My bank only showed one time. So, I went back inside and informed the clerk and she said "we still can't process it again. It shows two on our system. You will have to come back tomorrow". She said she was on the phone with the Area Manager and said "yea, I told the lady that. Yea, she's here in front of me". I asked to speak to Area Manager who IMMEDIATELY said "our system cannot try to process another payment". Even though, it was their error, they said they couldn't put in a code and force it through. It was to "protect me". I explained that I would either have to come back tomorrow or go to an ATM right then and pay a fee for withdrawing. Area Manager said she could write me a "check for the fee. How much is it?" I said I didnt know. I didn't bank there. Area Manager went on again to say how they couldnt process it again even if it was their mistake (twice with the wrong expiration date on their end). Then, Area Manager said "well, we all make mistakes". I phoned Corporate Office. The woman had an apathetic attitude and went on to repeat the same thing about how they couldnt process it again to "protect me". She then said "well, what exactly did you want them to say or do"? I hung up. Went back inside Security Finance. Paid the payment. Woman tried to offer me the ATM fee and take that off of my daughters loan. But, I was done! My daughter has never missed a payment! Dont deal with these rude people! It will cost you more money in the end!

This people are friendly and nice everytime when I call or come into the office. Very professional and kind in my opinion. I will always come back to them if I need a loan.
