James is very professional and keeps everything transparent. I've used SF 3 times. But I didn't use them for the normal reasons. I used them to increase my credit score . I've now graduated to I higher credit tier and now Ive been approval for offers from other banks for 5k-10k plus . Mission accomplished.

Tracy and James are very nice. I needed some help for down payment. The application was quick I went the next morning to get what I needed. They really helped me. Good people and great service!
