Horrible customer service. I came in contact with a female that thought she was going to speak to me like she did and if course I spoke up. She then stated she didn't want to assist and sent me to across the street and that was the best thing she said. The customer service at Auto Money was wonderful and went smoothly.

Jenny is a stand up person. She is very patient. Excellent customer service. Very helpful and resourceful. She has an outstanding smile. She makes you feel so welcomed and very respectful. I can go on and on. But overall fast easy service... I'll recommend anybody to go there and give them a chance to assist you.

So we came on Thursday to see a car and waited almost an hour at the door nobody ever came. Came back friday around 12pm and it took another 20 mins for somebody to come to the door. It was 1215pm and Crystal said her break wasnt over until 130pm. I never heard of anybody having an hour and a half break. So Desmond came to the door and gave us the keys for us to test drive. We came back and said we wanted the car, he said okay but i have to go to the other store and will be back in 30 mins, so we said okay we will wait. It took him almost 2 hours to get back. Crystal got off break 45 mins before he got back and said to give her a second to get the paperwork together. Then 30 mins later she said she didnt have the authority to turn the car over and we had to wait for Desmond to get back. He pulled up 15 mins later and did the paperwork and it is now Monday 2 days later and we back because he signed the title where it says buyer. The lady working today is rude. We was here for almost 4 hours in the hot sun. They need better customer service agents. If it was not for my husband really wanting the car then I would not have given them our money. They are rude and obviously dont want to be here and they wouldnt negotiate the price even though there was multiple problems

I got a car title loan on my truck and I got what I needed. I am glad I got my loan with Jenny at 1st Capital Finance company. They treated me with real respect and gave me the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere.

I've enjoyed doing business with 1st Capital Finance since I've been with them. Arlene Mullinax and her staff have been very good with helping me on my financial needs. I would recommend them highly.

Customer Service is the worst, I called to ask a couple questions before making an unnecessary trip to the office and the young lady who answered was extremely rude, over talked me and refused to answer any questions until I came in. If you treat potential customers that way, I would hate to see how you actually conduct business. 👎
**Update After Response** FYI, I am a South Carolina resident and It is totally ok to use the unpersuaded reviews to improve Customer Service😊
