I already have a loan with them which is almost paid off. They sent me a new offer in the mail. Fill it out online. Receive a email saying congratulations we might can help. It said call to complete and verify information. I call the next day the lady who picked up was super unhelpful and was acting like she didn't understand why I'm calling. Tried to example but nope she didn't want to hear it. I have a account already I'm pretty sure if she would of took the time to ask for my information it would of went smoothly. I'm glad she was rude with me that was my sign to pay it off my current loan and move on. The crazy part is they called me first and I was calling back.

I have been financing through this company for almost 2 years now. I have had payments set up on autopay so I’ve never really had to contact them for anything, leaving me with No complaints. I had to contact them one time to ask if they can postpone my pmt to pull out on a Friday instead of Wednesday just once. They said to call once pmt pulls and they would reverse and stop pmt and set up for Friday - said it had to pull first those . I contacted them on Monday to set up and when pmt pulled wednesday I called them again to have reversed and returned before over draft fees hit at 5 like we spoke abt Monday. They informed me they could only reverse pmt after it clears the bank and send me a check for the pmt amount in the mail… this was not the issue I did not need this money back I needed pmt pulled when I got my check on Friday. I told them I did not have full pmt in my acct now I am having to pay 2 over draft fees totaling $70 just Because I was 30$ short on my pmt and asked them in advance trying to avoid bank fees. The manager Nicole was not pleasant with me and made it very clear it was my fault. She said she had no idea of the issue and as the manager doesn’t have time to assist every call and situation. I have referred many friends here and I feel she was very rude and unprofessional. I work in finance as well and this issue was not my fault but she never tried to fix on her side just said she couldn’t do anything and didn’t mind if I had my acct bought out by someone else due to the issue. She made it apparent no matter how well you pay or how good of a customer you are, they do not value your business and could care less if you finance here or not. I will be moving acct over to my bank and advising my friends who are there now to do the same.

Customer service is not that great and they create new excuses as to why I can't either pay on the account or why I can't get details on the account this has been one of the worst lending experiences I've dealt with not the worst but definitely ranks up there

I’ve been a customer with Mariner finance for about 18 years on and off. They are one of the most dependable companies I have dealt with personally. They will work with you no matter what comes up in your life! They have easily established theirselves as one of the top companies for my money needs and I highly recommend them for yours
