Palace City Pawn Shop, Mitchell, SD

Paid for guns with check, they altered check, bank sent back, they came to my house threatened my son, a minor, with the ATF, son gave guns back, they refused to give money back on layaway guns, said no refunds... this place is a joke, and very crooked...!!!

Great shop and great service. We bought a great used Remington shotgun. Austin, the owner, could not have been more helpful.

Nice little place with excellent customer service. I’ve never experienced a problem with these people. But let’s be real, it is a pawn shop:)

This pawn shop is clean but they do not buy guitars or electronics of any sort and the customer service is terrible
