This company and I did not see eye to eye. I do want to be honest for those wanting to build there credit and for those wanting to simply borrow money. I used to work for this company... if you have bad credit history then this company is the way to go. Consolidate debt is easy and simple, especially if you have a large credit utilization balance on credit cards. However, like many corporate based companies, they only value money and the ability to better their portfolio. If the customers well being is affected then that’s fine. An example of this was an application for a loan of 8000. The customers were an 80 year old couple, on oxygen, and in wheel chairs. Not to discriminate, but in making a wise decision, all factors should play part in making large financial decisions. I say this because of the deal the company wanted to sale to the customer. They proposed refinancing their truck, valued at 25k, using its equity to pay off their car lender, and getting them the cash they needed. This would keep their payments monthly the same. Sounds good right?? Wrong. The customers did not qualify for life insurance, their current truck valued at 3% (increasing it to 20%) and increases their total balance on their truck to 55,000. How in the hell does this benefit the customer?! They of course, did not explain in detail the difference between an unsecured 8000 loan (which they qualified for) and the “secured” loan that put them 35000 in the hole. An unsecured loan with this company, at full interest would tack on 6500 (estimate) putting them 15000 ish in the hole for an unsecured product. The managers and district managers tell you not to go into too much detail with customers in regards to the secured products. These customers, unfortunately, are probably going to die before they see the end of their loan, losing the company money. Yeah, it might be secured, but was it really worth it? Time after time I would tell them I did not feel comfortable selling an auto deal with a customer.... and each time another rep in the office had to sell it. I got let go due to my own mistakes.... but it’s the best thing ever. Just know... if they try to sell you something like a refi on a car... it might not be in your best interest, but theirs.

Great to work with. Everyone was so helpful and the process was so fast and easy. Have used OneMain in other cities and states and the Dickson branch is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.

Why do they say open to 7pm Tuesday but the doors locked at 6pm and not taking payments/business.....
They bug you to get a loan you get it and then it's like we got you why help you.....
Not sure why it's so hard to pay my bill before it is due
