We got our car from gate way about a month ago and we really liked the manager, he seems like a great guy, the lady I talk to when I call and pay the bill at CAF is nice too BUT whoever is running the garage right next to them needs to have his ears or his honesty checked out. The whole reason we went and got a new car is so we wouldn't have to put money into it like we did our old one but wouldn't you know it a week after we got the new car the car wouldn't start, after two weeks of having it the check won engine light came on, and now a month after having it the breaks are whistling and act like they're locking or something and when I took it back in to get it checked the manager of gate way was very nice and wanted to help so he asked the mechanic who
1 didn't seem to want to check it out anyway and
2 wasn't very friendly
He check it anyway and it only took like ten minutes and apparently "everything is fine the car is great we checked the breaks and they're fine when it shakes its probably knocking off rust that's Sat up on the breaks" what?! Ok that makes no sense to me but ok I felt like he was just saying whatever he could to get me out of there and move on with his day. I'm getting new breaks because my husband and I as well as others we have asked hear the breaks whistling and I'm not risking taking his word because he seemed rude, gave me what sounded like a Dumb excuse, and rushed me out as quickly as possible. Thanks for not taking the time to help a paying customer whose only transportation for us and our 5 year old is that car. Really disappointed in the service of the mechanics, also that the car is having problems after only a month of having it and that people could be so selfish to not care enough to make sure they're selling others a safe reliable vehicle. Again we really liked the gate way manager and the we like the lady we talk to from consumer auto when we pay our bill but the mechanic shop has some rude selfish people in there or they honestly don't know what they're doing because I know without a doubt I as well as others can hear my breaks whistling and that shouldn't be happening after only having it for a month. I don't know if the manager of gateway is aware of this or the manager of consumer auto but I feel something should be done about it because when someone agrees to buy a car that car should work great and should not be having problems after only a month very sad at how this experience is going and what was once excitement over the car has become disappointing and stressful. Something should be done about it. We just want our car to work properly especially since we just got it a month ago.

I've been a customer of Consumer Auto Finance for nearly two years and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic... Their professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness is second to none. I would and I do recommend these Ladies and gentlemen to anyone. Keep up the great work!!!

Worst place ever to buy a vehicle. Salesman is a liar and puts you in whatever vehicle they have trouble getting rid of. Not to mention the buy here pay here interest is absolutely horrible. Please go somewhere else to get vehicles because these are not top notch cars and the lie to get you in them.
