I financed an atv and it was stolen over a year later.the insurance I purchased monthly from superior is a nightmare.they tell you that you can't cancel it or switch it to any other insurance and that no matter what you have to pay for it.They told me this insurance would cover the cost of the loan in its entirety.None of this was true.I paid $100 a month extra for the insurance that didn't want to pay half of the loan cost.still fighting them to this day.the people at the loan company call my work 5 to 7 times everyday asking for the my supervisor.they are threatning dried up old bags of hot air.they didn't even know I owned my buisness.these people would lie to Jesus to get a buck.never had any issues with any other finance or loan company. my advice go anywhere else....Anywhere!!!!

Their invasion of privacy is appalling and unreal. I know a person, who yes was behind on their car payments, but Lisa called me, and THREE other people who were not even put down as references for this person and openly admitted to me over the phone she did some snooping to find my contact info. And some of these people have not even spoke to the person Lisa was trying to get a hold of in a very long time. Also while calling me and everyone else, she would not give any info, I had to repeatedly ask who she was with or what this was in regards to before I gave out any information on someone else. She also was asked by another person she called whom Lisa was working for and Lisa said "no one just me" . Also Lisa told multiple people she called that the person she was looking for was going to "be in big trouble" and threatening cops. Also there are text messages of her threatening to just show up at said person's she was looking for house, without giving ANY info on who she was with and why she was calling them to begin with. How are they supposed to know this is a business matter, if the "professionals" at superior finance don't communicate that. This whole situation was handled poorly and they had no right calling so many people who had nothing to do with this case, and let alone scaring them making them think something is stalking a friend of theirs. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company unless they want all their friends and family from over the years to be harassed. I'll be contacting BBB and other sources because this is unacceptable.

I honestly wish that I could give no stars. The SEC really needs to investigate both Fowler's Furniture and Superior Finance. Superior is a 90 day or same as cash scheme with jacked up taxes and fees and the people at Fowler's Furniture and Superior Finance are all crooks. If you don't know who to trust, trust no one. The woman at Fowler's Furniture is a lier who said Superior Finance is a 12 month fee program and when I went to Superior Finance to sign the loan form Lisa (from Superior Finance) demanded my id without even explaining the terms of the loan. Thankfully I politely asked for a complete explanation and it turns out that it's a 90 day or same as cash scheme. I'm glad I listened to my intuition and walked out.

Staff is mostly friendly and will work with you in your unique situation. It's not super hard to get a loan here but if your credit isn't at least a 600 then you will likely need a co-signed or collateral. My credit was a 650 when first applying to finance a vehicle but I still got a cosigner because of the amount of the loan and the cosigner's credit was A-1 so it helped my finance rate go down. We both had to present our i.d., proof of employment or income, 3-6 months worth of bank statements, social security # for credit check in the beginning, personal info such as; proof of address (piece of mail) and address history, if lived there less than 5 years. I believe that is about it. I'm a student and receive money from a stipend every 8 weeks or so and that is, being an independent student, how I live until I finish school next year. I ran into an issue recently when I was supposed to be receiving my stipend and missed one of my checks coming in so in return this really messed me up with some of my bills and making payments. I had to end up putting most of them off but Superior Financial worked with me for several months straight helping me out so I wouldn't get my car repossessed. That would've been awful, seeing the amount I put down on it plus I had already been paying regularly on it for a year and half. I would've lost all that money and my car. I'm thankful for them and their kindness and ability to understand people go through things unexpectedly and at no fault of their own sometimes. They definitely were more compassionate, understanding and human than most or actually ANY loan company I have ever seen or had experience with before. I would recommend them for your loan but they won't work with you if you just get the loan and then don't pay it... Don't be confused! They worked with me because they knew I had always paid my payments on time prior to this happening. 💚💚💚$🤑💵💰💸💲🏦🏧👌🏽$
