Absolutely Amazing service the 2 best ladies to have take care of you is either Joan or Missy! I've been to numerous locations and let me tell you there isn't anyone else that truly goes above and beyond for their customers! If I lived in Alcoa or within an hour drive Trust me make the drive if you can to come here! Dealt with the Alcoa locations today before closing to cash a check and I made it right at 5:20 to have the girl behind the counter tell me oh I've already closed and I look at the time and it's not 5:30 yet I have a family bills and money is tight as everyone knows and she looks at my check and says oh I can't verify from that bank after I've been there numerous times with the same bank that I cash my checks from and it's never a problem but my God today she wouldn't help me at all didn't really seem all that friendly as normally with most at the Alcoa location but I leave and call madisonville near where I live and Missy said she would call her boss and ask if she could wait on me! My God Missy definitely saved my day for sure stayed over until 6 pm 30 minutes after closing and she got me taken care of without a single problem and I was in an out in about 5 minutes! Absolutely saved me today and I couldn't be more Thankful! THANK YOU WONDERFUL LADIES SO MUCH!!!!!
