Well while Hannah was there I have had and amazing experience. Now that's she gone they done went and foreclosed on the gun I have been paying on for a 1 year. I have used them several times with this gun and they never let me down. I was two months late like I usually am all the time and I guess I thought the manager would still give me the courtesy since I have been a customer of his goin on 4 years now. So everyone beware our girl Hannah is gone now and guarantee you we will watch this place go to hell. The lady I spoke with was very rude and inconsiderate about for closing and selling my gun they had my number on file. Nobody tried calling or nothing.

Hannah was very professional in handling a shipping issue with a gun transfer for me and resolved it in a timely manner. When I picked up my gun I was treated promptly and the attending new employee was very professional and thorough to ensure all paperwork was properly completed. I will always use this shop for any further gun transfers.

Hannah is the best, this place has great customer service. This place and Hannah has bailed me outta a jam more than a few times and I'm going back in the morning.thank you Hannah.

Very rude and try to give you the bare minimum I out of all the pawn shops I went to there offer was the worst not to mention the girl working had to call her boss and ask her how much and if they could take it it turns out they don't take msi gaming laptops that cost 1200..what a joke
