So they switch "systems" you try to pay you bill online AND on the phone...they want to charge a late fee for something that is THEIR fault because they don't know how to use the "new system" and can't access your account...but wait there is more. The account # they gave isn't even mine so I can't pay online....beyond angry!!

Horrible service. Yes I was late on my payment. But these girls are rude. They call you from blocked numbers and then talk to you like you are scum of the earth. I will never go back to them.
EDIT::: two years later I ate my words and went back. The hateful one was gone. The woman who waited on me was very sweet.
