Went in on my lunch break, thinking this would a quick process like it says online. Being in customer service, I am big on how a customer should be treated. When I walked in, the rep never looked up from her Christmas decorations to ask me what I needed. I advised I needed a loan & she stated I needed a check stub & bank statement. I noticed on the window an email address to send copies to, asked if I could send them there because all I had was the online stub & bank statement. She told me no, that she needed a paper copy. No big deal. I left to go pay to get the copies printed off. Come back, & she’s providing excellent customer service to what seems like a “regular”. I come back to the window & come back to a whatever let’s get this over with attitude. She goes through 5 pages of my bank statement showing well over 6k dollars in deposits for the month she asked for. Then checked the check stub. At this time I’m an hour over lunch, but was okay because I knew I needed to get this done. She finally ask how much I need. I tell her $350. In which she responds (before ever looking my name up). We do not give that much money for first time loans. I say this to say if your not a regular you won’t get great customer service. As well as, I could’ve been back on time from my lunch break (and Wouldnt have skipped lunch, being 7 months pregnant) if she would’ve took the time to greet me when I came in and go over the process with me instead of just sending me on my way hoping I didn’t come back.
