I've been a customer at this location for years only because Frank and Kevin have been awesome to work with, but tonight Jackie took customer service to another level. She earned her paycheck trying to help me out and she got it done! I'm so grateful!

I called and spoke to an associate MULTIPLE times. He told me cashing a business to business check was no problem. He told me all the paperwork I needed and said to come by. I go the next day and they tell me they can’t do it and offer absolutely no explanation. Clearly lacking training or knowledge and a huge waste of time.
