I would definitely say go in and meet the ladies that work there and give them an opportunity to serve you and do business with them. Because I'm a recovering addict and during addiction I basically destroyed my credit and one of the ladies that work out there really had a heart for understanding and compassion and the willingness to give me a chance when I was needing to get financed for the remaining balance on the car I purchased she went out of her way to call me and let me know herself that she was going to be financing my notes to make it a more personal experience with the this financial institution. Her name was Glenda and she along with the other two ladies that were working the day that I signed my papers made myself and my fur baby fill at home. Koeko had a ball playing with one of the ladies out there and she even volunteered to take her out to use the potty while I was doing my paperwork. I just want to say thank you for giving me the chance and believing in me because one of the hardest things for anyone that battles with addiction is going back and rebuilding from the wreckage and have it that they have done and I'm eternally grateful for you and the company you work for and may they keep you around for many years to come because you are a blessing thank you and may God bless you!

Fantastic branch! Hannah was very knowledgeable and helpful. The branch manager was nice as well. They helped me get a loan for my work trailer. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

I have to say, i don't know when I have been treated any better, than I have been at 1st Franklin Financial, in Newport Tennessee. Those Ladies go above and beyond to help you. They were all very professional. I dealt with the branch manager, she is so sweet. If you have financial needs go see the ladies at 1st Franklin Financial. You won't be disappointed. And the office looked amazing. I have never been in a business that was that clean. Awesome!!!!

So here is what I will say about the Newport office. GLENDA AND THE WHOLE STAFF IS AMAZING. I fell on hard time and got sick and ended up in the hospital. They worked with me and kept my hopes up when I thought it was lost. That does not happen anymore. Thank you for the kindness.
