As the review show worse loan finance company out here employees not willing to inform future customers of what is needed very rude and don’t call back in a timely manner I highly do not recommend this company or any of their employees

I applied for a loan to fix a floor and was approved. I went today for set appointment and they said one of my employers wouldn't verify my employment so they had to deny loan. I sent them two pay checks. Not happy with the service or how I was treated. Oh have to add they called me 27 minutes before appointment and I live 26 minutes away so ready on my way
In reply to one main's: The was on how your reps treated this matter. I thought I was approved and drove into town only to be told no and the voice message left after I was driving and I spoke with a rep night before and she never called back. I felt miss treated by your reps. They call 6 hours later and said they may be able to work something out. But why not try when I was there. I tried to offer options when I was there and she wouldn't be able to help. I feel after I posted complaint is when someone wanted to look at options.

This is a great place to go. But, some of the employees need a different job due to horrible people skills and respect. First off, Eloy was very good at getting things done. He shows respect and answers your questions. It can be a long process, it is a loan. So, while we were waiting, we witnessed Amy Rodriguez having zero respect for anyone. She rudely made two women wait and then told them there was nothing she could do. Then, when we had to have her proof the loan that Eloy had left on her keyboard, she put it to the side and began working on a loan she was creating. No apologies. No eye contact. No words spoken to us. But, if she tried to pull the hated towards us as she did towards the other ladies, there would have been a big problem! After waiting almost another hour, she finally did her job. She needs to go through training again to show respect or find another job. She will lose customers.
