I went to them in May to apply for a loan and presented documents showing that I was Discharged from Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and the Wellfargo Bank Credit card account was Discharged in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy on April 5 this year and they Went against me and Denied me and loan saying I have a Delinquent credit card account with Wells Fargo Bank when I presented to them at this store location the Documents and noticed showing that the account was not Delinquent on my credit report and it was Discharged in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. And they Denined Customers loans that is Discharged from Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and is racist towards Consumers that present court Documents and noticed showing that they is Discharged from Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and account has been Discharged in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy by the Bankruptcy Courts

I walked in today to ask if i could use the bathroom as the store a couple doors down that I was shopping at had theirs out of service. They said no because it was not for public use. This is not New York City. This is Texas... We're neighborly, at least we're supposed to be. I did not even get to inquire about what services they offer as I live in the area because of their rudeness. I won't be back even if I should need financial services.

Had I known your interest rates were 100% I would never have cash the check, but that information wasn’t given to me; therefore, I will pay the debt. I do not want any information sent to me via email since you make everything public….that is too much of a risk. I have asked once before, and I ask again… Send me a paper invoice and I only need one not multiple emails. I appreciate you letting me know that you’re going to publicize all my information but please stop that immediately. After I make this month’s payment, all future payments will be made, if in fact, I receive a paper invoice invoice. Be careful… I don’t want to have to stiff you for this debt. Thank you.
