I can not even find the proper words to describe how amazing Angela is from the Harlingen office, she is the true definition of amazing customer service, she goes above and beyond to assist you and walks you through everything making you feel very comfortable! I have NEVER met anyone else with such amazing customer service, you can feel how genuine she is and how much she cares! She is definitely a breath of fresh air compared to other financial institutions, The whole staff at the Harlingen branch is BEYOND amazing, Nilda, and Sandra are just as amazing! This branch is spectacular and I am so glad I have done business with them, nothing but amazing service! From the timely manner in getting everything done, to the courteous service they provide!! They truly make you feel like family

Worst place ever. I will also be reporting this buisness to the BBB. These people make a living lying and claiming they have phone & internet problems. They’re all just awful humane beings with awful behavior. From the Manager or Apparently higher Management and Sandra is also in it. They train their employees the same way. I feel for them because Karma is awful. I paid off my loan of 4k and out of no where I get hit with a $3.00 balance. I was not going to pay it because I even talked to corporate and they gave me confirmation number stating I was completely paid off. After giving them confirmation number yes, Sandra hit me with a $3.00 balance. How convenient Sandra called she didn’t have phone problems then and another day of interest was added at 4:45 cut off time is 5pm I paid off whole balance at 4:47pm with corporate I Asked to speak to Management Melissa she said she would talk to her supervisor for me and would get back to me the following day at noon. No call, no email, nothing. So I paid off the $3.00 because I was feeling eerie, and afraid it would grow interest that’s what they wanted all along. Please people do not go to this awful place. . Uneducated people
All these people lack empathy and self reflection. Women at the buisness you will be reading this review Monday morning google it, learn it, study it take it deep to your heart, because remember your have children.

Sandra is the most rudest person ever! Instead of showing empathy and acting like she’s truly concern, you can clearly hear the attitude in her voice. How about hiring someone that will listen.

Felt like I've been drowning in credit card debt!!!!!!! Due to my credit utilization, my credit has really taken a hit. No one wanted to help me!!!! Thank you so much, I can finally see the light at the end of tunnel and I'm ready to tackle this loan!! Thank you Juan.
