Every time i come in i get the same employee “josefa” this girl has the worst attitude and lacks customer service very much. The past two times I’ve walked in she is very rude today as she was eating while attending me she just gives me the receipt doesn’t say a word so i signed it she handed me the money and didn’t say a single word but is chewing her food. As i walked away with a attitude she tells me “you’re welcome”. Why should I have to thank someone who had no intentions in helping? I’ll start taking a further drive to a different location.

Absolute trash literally takes 48 hrs to get your founds so if your in an emergency and need the next day or day after I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Staff has great customer service and make the process very easy! However, talk about the way the company works! You can be a good customer, and pay good! BUT If something comes up, and you can’t pay, this company doesn’t pardon you! My payment was due every friday, based on how I got paid. I asked to give me an extension till my next pay day because my truck broke down and I had to repair it, and they were only able to extend my payment until Wednesday (5 days). Which is OBSURD, them knowing I get paid Fridays. If not paid by Wednesday, then by Thursday it would go to collections. I asked for one more day since my bank does pay me a day before, on Thursdays, and was told no! I was also told to contact customer service and see if they can help me out. So I did, and they also said there is nothing they can do. Thursday I still show up to the store to pay my debt in FULL! Well, I go back the next day to see about getting another loan since I was told I have to wait 24 hours to re-apply, and was declined. I had several loans with them. I would get a loan, pay off. Then re-open and pay off again. and all because of this one time, one hiccup in life, my business is not accepted anymore.
