Leslie was amazing, she made me feel comfortable from the start. She answered all my questions and gave me a clear understanding of the loan I was applying for. Even though I didn't get the loan, she explained what I needed to do to try again. Even if I don't go back I will recommend going to see her at the Cash Store to anyone to know.

Biggest crooks ever! Dont loan with them they'll definitely get over on you and do not care that they did it! I payed off in full and they charged me anyway put my account in the negative and told me o well deal with it!

Please stay away from the cash store chains. They will completely rip you off and if you can't make, your payment they'll say oh well, we're going to take the money anyway even if you don't have anything in your account. They leave you no choice but to refinance with them just to get another payment date, thus leaving you stuck with them. Also, the interest rates are ridiculous, they're 500%. I took out a $900 loan and would end up paying over $2,000 by the end of the contract if I didn't pay off early. STAY AWAY!

Store manager is one of the best examples of professionalism and excellent customer service. Even though the payday loan business has it's difficulties, this store gives you flexibility without hassle. If you find yourself in need of a payday loan and have options, this Cash Store should be your first choice.

I was told that I would need to allow about 45 minutes to apply, and if approved, complete the paperwork. When I arrived, Gina was with another customer and told me it would be about a 20 minute wait. I waited about an hour. Gina started helping me and another customer came in about 3 minutes later. Gina immediately turned to him and started helping him and just left me hanging. She helped him for about 10 minutes until I had had enough and I spoke up and told her that she did not stop helping the customer before me to help me so I did not appreciate that she had stopped helping me to help someone that just came in. At that point I had been there about an hour and a half. I was there for over 2 hours. Gina was very sweet, but this was an important mistake for customer service, in my opinion

The atmosphere was very good the agent was superb the agent made me feel like she really care and was well knowledgeable about the service Miss Leslie took her time explain to me the paperwork

I went there in a Thursday I didn’t have the right paper I needed so I waited until the next day came back with everything and was able to get the loan I needed it was quick and the clerk was very friendly and made me feel comfortable
