This is a horrible place to go to when you need money ASAP. They just sit there talking and laughing and they call their personal family members while the customer sit for HOURS waiting for help. For THREE days straight they kept telling me they have to verify my employment. No one is suppose to be at a cash store not more than an Hour or so. CAROLINE told me she will call me on Thursday when it’s verified. I called them the next day at 3pm and they still have NOT done it. I had to show up there so they can call my employer in front of me. And when she did, it was ALREADY LATE cause my HR do NOT work evening. I gave them everything they needed and they couldn’t do their job with all the time they have sitting there Playing “hard Worker”
Why you make me sit there for HOURS just to end up with pending “employment verification”
If you cannot do your job right then what’s the point of being there? They are NOT working and NEVER Helpful at ALL. I went to SPEEDYCASH at 5pm today the 06/03/22 and by 6pm I got out of there with the cash I needed.

Unless you have 3 hours to spare, don’t even come to this place. On top of that, I called ahead to ask what all I needed to bring to apply for a cash advance. I brought everything, just to still have to leave and home to get my social security card! I needed the money, so I did it just to spend an extra hour to still get no money because my bank was closed, so they couldn’t verify if my account was active despite having proof on my phone showing current activity as of the very day! I could go on, but I won’t. I have never had such an experience. This was horrible.

The whole process was a lie to get you to come in an apply for a loan. I called the store before my arrival ask what do I need to apply for a loan there. Bank statement,last check stub, I.D, when I get there the system couldn’t figure out if I had a bank account or not idk why. We called the bank got all the information needed still not enough ended up going to get blank checks with my information on them. Keep in mind I was also told they didn’t run credit checks. Long story short denied because of credit smh. When u could of just said we run credit checks. We need blank checks. Why my credit was denied idk because I’ve paid off bank loans before. An with world financial.

waited 20 minutes before Kelly told the other employees that she was going to lunch . There was 2 employees on the floor doing NOTHING ! & I could’ve been helped . Kelly was too worried about going to lunch than helping out customers. Super inconvenient when I get out of work on my lunch break to handle my business since I don’t get out until 7pm . But she took her time talking to another customer about her business then trying to get me in & out ? Very unprofessional!

My experience with another location started bad. First, I was told an email will be sent to my employer as the emolument verification. A week goes by and nothing. I called and I was told he forgot to send it. Then, he has me come in 2 different times to sign a verification of employment.
Two whole weeks have gone by and they didn’t bother to even give me a call.
My HR department never received the email
My friend referred me to the Irving location.
I was there yesterday to turn in my docs and sign the verification of employment
Today, in the afternoon I get a call saying they received the response from my work!
(Yes, the one that took 2 weeks to send to my employer at the other location)
I come in, they run my info with all the docs I had turn in a day before
Now it’s all DONE , I have my loan.
It took them less than 24 hrs to get me this loan. While I waited 2 weeks from the other location and didn’t even get a call from them.
My job only takes email as a form of communication, I’m sure if they were able to verify my employment over the phone it would of been faster.
I don’t normally like doing reviews but I just want to thank you guys!
You understood what had happened to me at the other store and made this process as smooth as could be.

My experience was a 10/10! Marcus was real nice and helpful.I went to the location in Euless and was told I had print out my documents and could not guarantee I could print in store.I end up going to the Irving location and was able to print with one tap from the Wi-Fi! I was able to be uplifted approved with great customer service.You never know what anyone is thinking or going through!! Thanks a bunch Marcus !!!
