Definitely better out there. Closing was scheduled for 3PM on the 15th. Days before was told we were a go and that they had everything needed. 45 minutes before closing they are calling asking for additional documents. We did end up closing that day but they missed the funding deadline. So I closed on a house I could not access for 4 days (it was a holiday weekend). Best part is when I complained and asked for reimbursement on expenses, I was told how lucky I was to close that day. Just a really poor experience.

Bad experience. After 4 months for a refinance, they wanted $2500 extra to lock the rate. I was told they are very busy and 4 months is "the normal time" this process takes!!
Also have 2 friends that started the loan process and almost did not close because of delays and lack or responsiveness!!

I started the process on March 4 and had to cancel 3 closing dates because they still haven't finished the paperwork and keep asking for more information they already have. It is now April 19 and have to cancel a closing time again that was scheduled for today because of them.

I worked with Chris Lebedzinski on the re-fi, absolutely great guy to work with from start to end and it was smooth sailing without any hiccups. I would recommend this group who are really helpful and provide great customer service. Last but not the least kathy ray who is the loan co-ordinator did a great job getting every thing together and closed a day prior on request with ease. You guys Rock!!!!!!!!!!

The worst experience ever, the service is non existing. Claudia Torres has no idea of what she is doing. Communication is not clear. She will ask you for documents, than she will ask you for new ones because something is missing, all this instead of being clear right from the beginning. They will waste your time.
