Personally I called to pay off my light bill at my business and use that money for paying for my car insurance and everyday stuff, hence the reason I wanted a loan, I was honest an explained why I needed it, and I was denied because “I told” her it was a business I needed it for like the light bill well bills are bills! Then I was like I can provide you personal info cuz personal loans are used for bills are they not! I literally have to pay my bills of can’t sacrifice money I have left to pay for groceries and my own home light bill and have my store shutdown because it’s my only source of income. Regardless when I called Amanda, she seemed to care less, didn’t even ask for more info, said a bank can help for business so they can’t help with a loan of just $1,600. You think I would need that much if I asked a bank to help pay for the business, I clearly needed money to pay bills! And I was like fine I need to pay the bills regardless so could I share my personal info. Again she said “no cuz u told me it was for a business.” Well yes I did and I’m telling you I had to pay bills so much for being honest with these people, anyways she didn’t care and hung up after nonchalantly saying bye. Wow well so much for your A class customer service and the I don’t really care attitude. I don’t do petty things like leave a review but I’m upset at the uncaring attitude of your worker, hope it doesn’t represent your company.

Simple and uncomplicated! When finances are involved, the last thing you want is a long, drawn out process that makes you wonder if it’s worth it.
You also don’t want something that goes so quickly that it feels like a scam is being run.
Regional’s approach was professional and timely.

Since I started with Regional Finance they have been very helpful. Staff are so friendly but professional. My credit was not as good like it use to be after my daughter passed I needed every cent to raise my 3 grandsons. Now I'm getting back on my feet & Regional has helped me.
