No one ever answers the phone. I missed their call yesterday & had been trying to call them back. I called 11 times. I also called two other locations & no answer. I was calling as I walked inside the office & no one even acknowledged the phone ringing. Yet a woman asked how can she help… I had to physically walk in there just to tell them to cancel my application. I wouldn’t want to do business with a company I can’t even call.
-Response to SG: That number does not work either. Its just a loop asking for personal and loan information. It couldn’t even verify my phone number. Try again & tell the ladies in the office to pay attention to when the phone is ringing.

I did not like the fact that it tells you that you are approve when you complete the preapproval. The turn around time was pretty quick to get the loan. However I went into their office and spent two unnecessary hours there because they were trying to get me to do a secure loan and purchase extra stuff. Those two things were very frustrating considering the fact it was a waste of time trying to sell me something I keep saying no to.

I would give NO starts if I could! I applied bc creditkarma recommended them & said I have excellent odds of being approved. So I applied on Mon & it immediately came back approved but then asked for me to submitt some documents so I attached everything I had. At first I thought the process would be simple & easy and loved the expedited response even though it stated I was being approved for less then what I requested. After attaching what I had I contacted the office to ask how I could get them my registration info & was then told by the rep that they could not approve my loan bc of my debt to income so I need to have a co applicant. Okay.....understandable & I even explained more than once that I wanted this basically as a consolidation loan. So from the VERY BEGINNING I stated that I was going to ask my brother in law. Not ONCE was I ever told that the co applicant had to be a blood relative. So I have gone back & forth between the office & my brother in law all week to get them the info that they need. I stated he was my brother in law multiple times while speaking to the office & my brother in law stated his relation to me when providing his information & again nothing was ever said. So I called the office again today to inform them that he sent in his check stub which is I was told yesterday over the phone was the only piece of information they needed to approve it only to be told by someone else today that they cannot accept his info bc he is not blood relation. SO PLEASE IF YOU DONT HAVE FAMILY "BLOOD RELATIVES" & REQUIRE A CO APPLICANT DO NOT GO TO THEM. It was a COLOSSAL waste of mine & my brother in laws time & now he is upset as well bc they pulled his credit for absolutely no reason. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID

The website is inaccurate when paying your bill there is always a difference in what you really owe and what they show you owe. Called about it and was spoken to like I was a mental idiot. Do not recommend this place at all. Also they begin calling you the very day your payment is due if you don't have it set up to pay automatically and will harass you until you do.

I called and asked about the process. Was told it was based on credit and debt to income ratio. So I'm like ok let's do the application because I'm thinking, I know my income is great and the debt to income ratio should be great. So I do the app with "Samantha" (I don't think that's really her name), mind you I have done this app over the phone before. She asks me what my rent amount was and I tell her the amount, she then asks if I live with someone and I say no, SHE THEN asks if I am splitting my rent and I say no, SHE THEN PROCEEDS TO SAY "why is your rent that amount (asking why it was so low), she said "are you renting a room?, I said no, again none of these questions are on the application so Im curious why she even cares about why my rent is the amount it is. I had to ask several times about adding ALL my income (since debt to income) was a factor and she seemed as if I was bothering her by adding all the income. She then runs the app I'm assuming (after not reading the disclosure to confirm it was ok to go ahead and run it) and then comes back and say I was denied. so I ask does it say why I was denied and she's like oh umm it says too many inquiries. and I'm like well is there a way for an underwriter to take a look at it or someone look at it since the denial was for inquiries. She says no, I ask where is the manager and she says right there and I ask can I speak with her, she's says yes and places me on hold for about 5 minutes, she then comes back and says sorry she's not available she's in a meeting. Now I'm thinking you just said she was sitting right there now she's not there but in a meeting. this whole process has been unprofessional....I would run because if this is what the application process is like then I can only imagine. Ive now been on hold for 30 minutes waiting on the manager

Firstly the worst and most pathetic customer service, You have to call Atleast 40 times to get rid of an agent , The Agent wont even spent 30 seconds answering your questions, Tells us to call again, and the story repeats again no one answers the call, you have to call customer service to get connected to this location
I had applied for a loan at one main, unfortunately my account has been transferred to this location at mckinney from Delaware as i have my changed the address to Mckinney , I was told my loan was approved and the very next day i was told my loan has been rejected the next day, If asked the reason, I was told to reach the corporate, Does the agent even didn’t have 10 seconds to reply to my concern

SCAM!! They tell you your pre-approved then come back to say you need a co-signer, just to take a whole week to say not approved because no one picks up the phone. They have terrible customer service and don't know what they are doing l!!! Hard hit on your credit for NOTHING!!! Stay Clear!!!
