Currently sitting in their drive through. I've been here for nearly half an hour and only 2 vehicles have left. Normally when I bring my PawPaw he's in and out, but I dread the days we have to waste away in the drive through bank. He has the patience of Job but I do not. There are several other places in town I'd bank with before coming here. I guess with the money they're saving on tellers they can build that huge new bank a block away. Have a great Saturday ya'll! **UPDATE** people that got to the lane after me got helped first!!! Do NOT do business here!!!

Unfortunate their customer service call center is costing them business. I had a student loan accidentally set to go to my closed savings (completely my fault). However I called customer service where they assured me one the payment hit the closed savings they could then transfer it to my checking that’s still open with them no problem. Since this is how I was paying for book, school, supplies, and fees at school it was a huge deal this information be correct. They said they placed a note on the account and the lady who’d be working the account would see the note and the agent actually spoke to her directly so she’d know about it. I called everyday for the status of the transaction and every day I was told something different from what the original agent told me but still being ensured the lady would see the note and direct the deposit to the correct account. That was a week ago....nobody knew anything when I called the past 5 days. Today my school called....the money had been returned. If I’d just been told from the beginning this was not possible I would have just gone through the hassle and wait time of switching the account info at my school. Now I’m out the money, possibility of being dropped from classes, unable to buy the books needed and I have to switch bank accounts anyway(which I was going to do once the money was deposited anyway so not a huge deal just the fact I was told so many different things and ensured this wouldn’t be an issue. Closing the account and sticking with Bank of America! I have a few other reason but this review it long enough as it is.

Kristi went above and beyond to work on getting our financing taken care of. She was extremely diligent in her communication with us. She made herself available to answer any questions and concerns that came up for us throughout the process. She also worked hard making sure that we were able to get the best interest rate possible and not just locking us in early. Super thankful for Kristi during this important decision making process.
