Use to be a good place to do banking business. I had a fairly small check deposited and they said that they had to hold the check for 10 business days. I understand when the checks are in larger sums you want to make sure that the funds are sufficient before allowing full access to the money, but this was stupid. Still have no access to MY MONEY that I deposited on my account and start charging me overdraft for insufficient funds. Called them and said that a credit union does service the public different than a bank. We will be closing our account and take our business elsewhere so we can use our money. Aslo, we do not get help or service when we walk in for some questions. I would probably let this go but there have been several times where we have needed something and it never gets answered or done.

The staff is so helpful and they go out of their way to make you feel valued. I knew nothing about credit or anything when I started as a customer here. Trish helped me get a car loan and helped raise my credit score! I would recommend this bank to anyone they know what they are doing!

Don’t bother going inside. It’s a minimum of a 30 minute wait every time. Drive thru isn’t any better. I’m about to close my account and go elsewhere.

Staff is amazing. They are always professional when I call over the phone or show up in person. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. Great hometown credit union.
