Banking is fine, but apparently when you change your name as a female, your federally issued Tribal ID isn't a good enough proof of name change. Make sure you have that state ladies. What a day to be native.

I have tried to call three times to obtain an answer to a very simple question. The first two times I gave them my phone number for a callback instead of holding for two hours. You can imagine how that went! No call back!! I called again today with a three hour hold time. That’s not a typo— a three hour hold time!!! WOW that’s all I can say. Maybe you- America first credit Union - need to do some benchmarking on Customer Service.

This bank either has a massive security breach or is selling your information to scammers. I applied online for an account on Saturday. I was unable to speak to a rep that day to finalize the account. I figured I would deal with it that next weekend. In that week I was hit with a massive wave phishing texts regarding my account. An account I never finished setting up, let alone used. I have never received banking phishing messages until I applied for an account here.

This bank refuses to help you when you are robbed tons of money. We are homeless and broke because we were scammed 3250$. They refuse to dispute or help us in any way to get any form of money back. As soon as I can I am changing banks. They are awful and refuse to have any sympathy with our situation. Don't use this bank if you want protection from theft. I've tried everything. You would think they would have protection from scammers or fraud but they don't.

If you're a member of Navy Federal Credit Union or another CO-OP Credit Union DO NOT deposit cash into this ATM as it won't be credited for 5 BUSINESS DAYS!!!
REPEAT IT TAKES THEM 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO DEPOSIT CASH INTO YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!

America First is just one of the worst banks I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Getting a loan is practically impossible, and verifying your information takes several days. I took a whole week to apply and verify to get an auto loan, only to be told they wouldn't lend me ANY money. I wish they would've just told me that straight up. Mountain America has been so much easier to work with and much more straight forward with information. The only thing America First has going for it is the app, but even that crashes frequently and transfers can take days to weeks.

The worst bank in the history of banks! App isn't working to pay my husband truck payment so I go inside the branch to pay and there refuse to let me make a payment because they can't release information of a loan I'm not on when I told them a million times I already know how much it is just run my card and they REFUSE to let me pay. Their excuse? Because if they run the payment then I'll know how much it is when I already know how much it is 🤦♀️ they won't let my husband add me to the account to pay without me being on the loan. They have the stupidest policies and the most incompetent staff. You'd think they would be excited people are actually paying their bills but I guess not.
