I like to bank here for a few reasons. Probably, the main reason is a friendly and personable banker by the name of Alexia.
Alexia was not only very well informed and professional, but she was also very patient. She didn’t only help us set up our small business account, but went over and beyond explaining business and personal banking options with Truist.
She spent almost two hours answering every question about every detail we asked. She made us feel welcome and appreciated at every minute we spent there.
I also must mention that the front desk staff were also extremely helpful on every visit.
I don’t know about Truist completely to make a rating on the bank, but the staff in this particular branch deserves recognition.

Came in yesterday to cash a cashier's check made from SunTrust... Was told I needed 2 proofs of identification.. I had 3 and the lady still wouldn't cash because one was expired. Also she ran the check thru the machine and now my girlfriend bank has put a 7 day hold on it because it's been ran thru the system at SunTrust.. Thanks a lot lady now I'll be behind on all my bills.. I will never ever do my banking there again.

Slowest Bank in Christiansburg. Set at the drive through for 20 minutes to day the least. And not including a messed up parking lot to exit out of, especially in a larger vehicle.

Recently, I was unfortunate to experience fraud in my Suntrust bank account. In a State of uncertainty, I reported it over phone and went to my local branch the following morning. I met with Alexia Zarco, a personal banker of the Spradlin Farm Branch. When we met I noticed her incredible customer service skills. My uncertainty was put at ease with her reassuring demeanor. Alexia, performed a excellent job explaining the process to get a new card, pin number, and what Suntrust was doing to fix my situation. I was put at peace after our meeting. I hope Suntrust understands Alexia's customer service skills are a invaluable asset to their company. Thank you to Alexia and Suntrust for helping in a tough situation.

Their computer system will take money out of your checking account even though you are a zero balance and then put it into your savings. Lost costing you $36 in overdraft fees. How can you transfer something that's not there? It's all set up to steal your money. This bank was built by thieves and thieves still run it. Take your money and put it into another bank or under your mattress it'
