Since the merger with SunTrust it is terrible. Long waiting lines in drive thru. We don't have that kind of time. Hire someone employees. The ones you have are great but not enough of them. Open some more branches in our area. If they don't wise up will lose every customer they have.

This is the worst bank in existence. They definitely don't deserve even 1 star. Bank with them for 1 day and see why customers are leaving in droves.

I had some issues with my account and didn't really want to call the 800 number just to be put on hold for an hour, so I came into the branch. Being a BB&T customer I was a bit nervous that I might not get anything accomplished, but they were all very helpful, I was in and out within 30-35 minutes.

If you are a BB&T customer going to this branch, be prepared to spend an hour or more even when there’s nobody in front of you. And be prepared not to have your issues addresses. Only a single person handles BB&T inside and those going through the drive through. Horrible banking experience.

I understand the issue of being short staffed but watching the senior bankers just walking back and forth and hand out pens to people in line is ridiculous when there is one teller and an hour wait to cash a check. I especially don’t like seeing these employees NOT working saying to people in line “you’re almost there!”
This is my third visit and I have had the same experience each time.
The drive through is also closed. So your only option is the hour of standing. And no it is not the lunch hour…
I must add the teller (dark hair and glasses) did not seem stressed, assisted me quickly when I made it to her, and apologized numerous times for the wait.

Poor service. Stand in line while employees are socializing with customers. After waiting several minutes in line, employee was less than pleasant. Acted like was inconvenienced that had to say hi. Sadly, most of the locations have gotten to these once BB&T changed to Truist.

Wanted to just exchange wrapped coins for cash only one inside teller had to wait in line about 45 minutes other then that the lady from side desk by line was very nice and helpful with people waiting in line and did her best to assist when her job is for something else there
