First time visiting this location on 6/9/2020. I used to go to another CU but it has since closed due to the pandemic. So glad that I found this one since I needed a “Shared” branch because my CU is out of state. I phoned before going to this location for directions and was assisted by a super friendly person on how to get there. When I pulled up to the drive through lane to conduct my transaction, the person that I had spoken to earlier must have recognized my voice because she commented in a very friendly manner “glad you made it.” This was a nice touch on her part along with being very polite and helpful. I wish that I had gotten her name but the only info I have is from my receipt that shows Teller: 34-003 and Time: 11:17:42.

I would like to give a shot out to Marcus Henderson for the awesome job he performed in assisting me with my loan. His patience and hard work truly payed off. He was awesome! Thanks also for Cassandra and Danielle for the assistance as well.

Due to updating mobile banking i have not been able to access my account online since sept 26. I cannot get to bank during their hours because i have a job and if i could cannot actually go inside the building to speak to someone about my acct. I have yet to be able to speak to anyone on the phone about my account nor have i received a call back from the answering from what seems like the one person who sometimes works at customer care.
