Always awesome!! Been shopping here 30 years. I NEVER buy from jewelry stores when I can get exactly the same things for less than half what jewelry stores charge. Very high quality jewelry and other merchandise like power tools, TVs musical instruments etc. and they give the best prices for pawns of than anywhere. The service is ALWAYS impeccable!!

These guys are GREAT! Always friendly and ready to help! No qualms about going to them even though I’ve never gone to a pawn shop before. They are A1 professionals and seem to enjoy working there! That transfers to their customers! Going to them is just like going to a good friend...always there when you need them! A really GREAT group of people!

The new lady Manager in place really knows what she’s doing and looks out for her customers. I witnessed many encounters and she exceeded expectations in my eyes. The entire staff was very nice and willing to help. THIS is the Pawn Shop to go to!

See this place is ok until they tell me that I can’t bring my stuff that I want to trade to put on my purchase, yet she tells me that I can’t bring anything in a box, but they take anything in newspaper and trash bags but nothing in boxes unless it has the receipt……but they’re sellin used shoes with the box, knowing those people didn’t have a receipt.
Now if I had a receipt to the product, why would I bring it to the pawnshop??? I could go straight to the place I bought it from then I can’t take it out the box outside the store because I was on camera with that box and I would have to take it to another pawnshop which makes no sense, so I guess they want it out the box so they can give u the least amount of money they can but sell it at $10 less than retail.smh
Also if u buy any apple product that has a lock on it or u can’t get into it… that means that those products be are stolen… period!! But they don’t mind selling those.. sounds like bull to me

I purchased a used pair of Apple Airpod Pros (2nd Gen.) from Jefferson Loan Office in the spring on a recommendation from a friend and after reading good reviews online. However, after getting home I realized they were still connected to the previous owner's Apple account, who could thereby track my location via the "Find My" feature if they wanted to. Obviously, I didn't want to deal with that possibility and went to return them a couple days later. After explaining this was for my safety to an associate and a skeptical manager, I exchanged the used Airpods ($99.99) and paid the $50 difference for a new, sealed pair of the same model.
Last week I discovered I'd lost the case to the Airpods, ( serial #LD9VL44727) which is essential to charge the device, and went to the Apple Store at Short Pump to see if I could purchase a replacement. After providing my device info and serial # to the
Apple associate, he informed me I had purchased a counterfeit pair of Airpods which had been mass produced with the same serial # and showed me on his tablet the hundreds of warranty claims made against the very same serial # my Airpods had.
Naturally, I was pretty upset to have had an issue twice now over buying the same item from Jefferson Loan, but talked myself down by reasoning "Those guys at Jefferson Loan are good people, they wouldn't knowingly sell counterfeit stuff. They might actually be glad to know about this so they don't get scammed by someone trying to pawn them more fakes in the future."
I went in today 10/10/23 with my Airpods, box, and receipt to explain this and once again return an item I had been sold under false pretenses (neither time was the item was what I was lead to believe it was), wether knowingly or not. After telling the the Jefferson Loan sales associate my situation she went into the back, to speak to a supervisor I imagine, and returned to tell me their return policy is 24 hrs and there was nothing to be done. I was pretty shocked, I said "These are fake. Now that you know this, after I've explained this to you, are you telling me that you guys are okay with having sold me counterfeit goods? Because if so, what I presumed was a error now appears to be a pattern of behavior where you don't care about wether your customer is taken advantage of or not." The sales associate just said "I'm sorry that's our return policy, did you buy the insurance policy we offer on the item?" I said I hadn't and she said that nothing could be done then and said sorry in a very dismissive way.
An "insurance policy," even a supplemental one from a third party, should protect against accidental damage to goods, not protecting yourself as a consumer from wether the goods are authentic or not. That is should be a given in an honest transaction. It should not even come into question in the mind of someone buying something, it is something you expect of a respectable salesperson or business. Anything otherwise is fraudulent and deceptive. For all of the 'customer appreciation' sales you text about from 'YOUR FRIENDS AT JEFFERSON LOAN' are hollow and disingenuous if you are alright with knowingly selling fake goods. I will never consider buying something here again, nor would I recommend anyone doing so, they do not do honest business in my experience.
