On Friday June 2nd I called this branch to inquire about a payment to my mortgage which I made five days earlier. The check was cashed but my mortgage account was not credited ..
A typical Winchester employee answered, she wouldn’t let me finish my story .. interrupted me and with a miserable nasty attitude informed that since it was a holiday it was taking more time for the payment to post, but the holiday was on Monday and I reminded her it was Friday and told her to let me finish and not to interrupt.. so she went the easy route and hang up on me. This woman was clearly a cowardice and should have given me her name but she didn’t. she wouldn’t even answer the phone a minute after I called because she is a loser. When I called back and spoke with another employee ( Ken) he helpful but wouldn’t give me the name of that nasty employee; his answer ; the branch is full of female employee.
Of course I understand that he wouldn’t reveal that employee’s name but I’m sure he knows her identity .
It is important for the management of this branch that employees are properly trained and behave in a professional manner, a nationally acclaimed bank shouldn’t allow such a behavior.

I hate that they closed the Valley Avenue branch instead of this one. This one is very hard to get in and out of for older people (or for anyone for that matter) and right in the middle of the craziness in the parking lots and off of Pleasant Valley. I have just used the ATM machine and all I can say is it needs a good cleaning. It was filthy and I didn't even want to touch it!

I don't get why people are salty about this location, workers have always been nice and helpful when I've gone in. I went in within 5 minutes of them closing and they were still accommodating and friendly. No complaints.

Customer service is Awful, I had a proplem with one of the workers in the office and she was very rude that was about 2 years ago, I went there again I couldn't get a simple letter to show my account number, name and the amount I have, he said they can't do it, what a joke, I will move to a different bank!!

Workers at this location are friendly.
Rating suntrust itself is a solid 2 stars.
Called the valley ave number , Couldn’t connect with a representative over the phone to let them know I am traveling out of the country.
However , I have had several fraud charges in New Mexico and Mexico itself so I assume I should be fine🙄if they can allow that, guess I don’t need to let anyone know I’m traveling!
