Loan sharks like this is yet another reason why America is in such deep financial trouble. Low income or good folks with bad credit forced to pay interest rates starting at 30%!! Two stars simply because Debbie Rice, the district manager, is truly a nice helpful person who actually does her job.

The time I was able to answer my phone Marcela picked up the phone and was extremely rude she raised her voice at me and kept cutting me off. Even when I was able to find time to sign my papers she was not pleasant in person. Anytime you ask her a question she gets very aggressive with her answers as if she doesn't like her job. Im not sure about the rest of the staff however I did have a decent interaction with Karen.

Lendmark has been the most inflexible and most unreasonable of loan servicers I've dealt with before and during the Covid crisis. I would avoid taking out a loan with them if possible. They are the only loan servicer that threatens to take me to court during the pandemic despite my account being in good standing.

Made a payment in full gave them my account number and routing number? Before the first payment was even due. They wait a week to tell me they had written the information wrong, was charged interest and a late fee. Should really get better employees who confirm numbers when dealing large sums of money. First and last time I'll be dealing with them.

Interest rates are high but you can leave with check in hand. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up with two loans Marlan is the best. Would definitely recommend this location
