No customer service. Stood at front counter for 2 min in front of 2 employees and they didn't acknowledge me. No sale for them.

terrible phone service & buisness savvy .Whoever answered the phone on December 16 Friday 2022 10:06 am , should probably get off phone duty or find new job ngl terrible people person .

Pretty sad they dont care if you had emergency and one day late they would 15 dollar late charge dont pawn with them stay away from them

I can't pay over phone or online. Says if I don't pay layaway the month they keep my money no matter how much I payed. Wanted to pickup an item and they put on 1 ticket so now I'm screwed and have to buy all of it at 1time instead of pay off tv then pay off tool. While I was buying the layaway I specifically was saying this is great I can get the tv next week and when I get a truck I will get the chipper in a month or so. This is last time I ever shop here. I wish I could get my money back from these pigs

Will not be going back into this store. My wife ran in to see if they had something. She was asked if she had a mask said no and then asked if they had one which they didnt. Then my wife asked if they had the thing we where looking which the lady then replied no but if we did i wouldnt be selling it to you becuz of no mask. Like how rude do you have to be.

There were always Really good in there when ever I went in. And it is very important when I enter a pawn shop whether it is for Buying or Selling very important that everything works out.
