Didn’t even offer me to open an account w them when I tried to deposit a check into my partners account, just told me no. *reply to owner response-it was the manager whom told the teller they wouldn’t deposit my tax refund check into my partners account. I went elsewhere and We’re looking at new banks now after that. He works hard n we were offended how unhelpful your bank was. Then u want me wasting more of my time. Plus your bank smells has an extreme musty odor.. might wana work on that for people w mold allergies.

Yvonne Adam's assisted me with 2 loans yesterday. Yvonne was precise, organized, thorough, courteous, friendly, professional and even had a good sense of humor. Yvonne payed attention to my needs. She was so prepared for the appointment that it was done in a short period of time. I highly recommend Yvonne to all of my friends and family.

Been with Qualstar Credit Union in Everett around 20 yrs now. They have always taken good care of me, been professional and friendly. To stop in with out an appointment I've done and there is a posted letter explaing the covid 19 process. I live far away and have learned to try to schedule as soon as I can. Often that's not soon enough... But they still have always done their best to fit me in. I appreciate all the help and services I've received over the years and recommend them to anyone.

went in to refinance our car with them. The lady told my husband I will either call you before 5 tonight or by 10:00 AM tomorrow. Well that didn't happen. So my husband called them after work today and was told it was denied. Then they had the nerve to tell him one of the reasons was because over 18 years ago he had a bankruptcy and they claim he had a card with Woodstone Credit Union and he had to pay that before they would do a loan. Now remind you we already have a car loan with them!!!! I am ashamed to say I use to work for this Credit Union but when I did it wasn't to big for its britches.

I have to say I have had many loans over the years, my last 2 with qualstar and Yvonne Adam's is the best loan officer I have ever had. She did the phone tag while I was at work and had my boat loan wrapped up very fast and easy! I would definitely recommend her to anybody I know! Thanks for the great experience.

I have been working with Dawn on an auto loan after my truck died. She's so knowledgeable and patient, especially when I kept calling her on different vehicles I found. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to give it to you straight or need some hand holding. She's awesome!
