This was my first time opening a bank account here in Washington as a student and my experience was amazing! The staff are extremely welcoming and patient which is something I look closely for in regard to customer service. The woman that helped set my account up was very welcoming and took the time to explain things thoroughly which I truly appreciated. I look forward to building a relationship with this bank while finishing my undergrad here in Washington Pullman! I know there are some people who had negative experiences but so far my experience has been phenomenal and I’m hopeful that it will continue!

Other banks in the area have much better systems in place. While most of the staff have been wonderful to work with, the bank policies have made this process an absolute nightmare. With so many other options, I would think this credit union could step up and do much better.

I am not sure I would use P1FCU for a loan again. There is a serious lack of communication from them. I assumed that I had paid off my loan only to find that I still owed one penny, one penny. I would think that someone would be aware that I hadn't paid this one penny for several months and said something. There are other banks out there that can do way better.

They are the best credit union I've ever used. I left Wells Fargo and changed to P1FCU, and I'm glad I don't get slapped with ridiculous fees or have to "play games" just to bank with them. I've gotten two loans through them too and the process was smooth.

I've been a member for a while now and no matter what the issue, P1FCU always rises to the occasion to provide a siganture level of customer service incomparable to anyone else. It is greatly enjoyed and very much appreciated. We love P1FCU.

Male teller #1647 was pushy for you to bank there while transferring money to kids' accounts and transferring money into the wrong account. TERRIBLE service Will be driving to Moscow or Lewiston for a competent teller. I dread this teller every time I go in.

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience at the Pullman, WA location. I have banked several times at other locations and had amazing customer service. I was excited about the new bank location and wanted to open an account for my son. This was my first time opening an account and I had several questions and was unsure of the process. Instead of being helpful I was questioned several times about the paperwork I needed , which I replied several times that I had it with me. I was also told, people usually wait until their children are older before they open an account for them, which left me feeling as though the employee did not want me to open an account with this branch. I left in a respectful manner but pretty disappointed with my experience. I ended up opening an account with a different bank. Is it common for your employees to discourage people from opening new accounts?
