Our vehicle was in an accident and a total loss. Our insurance issued a check for the full remaining balance to them the day payment was due. Instead of ever processing the check that was sent to them they tacked on "late fees" to our monthly payment and then reported to the credit companies that we were delinquent. Our insurance company had to call them AGAIN cancel the old check and send a new one. Even with payment secured and on the way, they still continue to charge Late fees and report negative on your credit! Absolutely horrible given the fact we have NEVER been late on a single payment with them. DO NOT do business with them! Will never finance through them again.

Phoenix Financial has been amazing to me. When I first got my loan, I had a well paying job and was able to make my payments regularly. Recently things changed, and although I unfortunately fell behind on my payments, they have been wonderful and been willing to work with me despite everything. Everyone I've spoken with has been kind, courteous, professional, and I truly can't recommend them enough. A wonderful, down to earth company with exceptional employees. I'm forever grateful to them.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Unprofessional, rude, and horrible communication. I have left numerous messages over the past couple months and the lady never called me back. Received a call today from a lady who says she’s been the one handling my account yet I’ve talked to the same person over the past 3-4months and never was she rude to me like this lady was. Claiming I’ve yet to call or anything. Stated there were no notes showing my previous calls (thank god for my call log). RUN AND DON’T FINANCE WITH THEM!!!

The ladies at Phoenix Financial have been really helpful and very nice when I have had to call them. I've bought 3 vehicles through them and never had a problem. I've paid two of the vehicles off and just bought the 3rd one last month using one of my old vehicles as a trade in for the downpayment and was given a 200$ credit for being a returning customer. My credit rating has gone up due to the fact that I made all my payments on time or before the payment was due. They even sent me a check when I over paid them. I did have a few issues with Auto Credit but they were worked out and I'm happy with their serves. My daughter had issues with the car she bought from Auto Credit. 3 months after she bought the car the tranny went out on it. She just let the car go back. They did go after her for the payments and she took a hit on her credit report which I don't agree with. There is always bad with the good.

Tammy will call you 7-12 times in a row daily, even when you are in a grace period. Which is legit harassment, even when I have been late on payments I have always paid them off. I was paying good and on time for over two years. And then as the economy got bad and I had a kid I started to struggle since a little over a year ago. I’m a single mom with a kid struggling. And I have this lady constantly calling and harassing me. Please avoid this company. This company needs you, you don’t need it. I should have done better research, and gave my money to another loan company who won’t harass me. Please look up this company, you will find many lawsuits against them and several negative complaints due to workers constantly calling or being rude. Very unprofessional company.

Pheonix Financial has on multiple occasions over 2 loans lost payments and resulted in missed payment hits on my credit. They also exclusively work with Auto Credit Sales and knowingly lend on junk cars as the ownership of the companies are the same. If you're buying from Auto Credit do it out of pocket and make sure you have a mechanic you trust come with you to look over the car.
