I moved to the area and my old credit union recommended I use branch sharing instead of closing my account. Numericas teller told me they only do it thru the atm. I asked if she could help me with information and all she’d do was repeat herself. When she realized I wasn’t going away she asked another teller to help. She at least tried to help but her answers we still to just use the atm. Really annoyed I didn’t just close my account when I moved. If you want to use branch sharing, do not expect any help from the employees. They generally acknowledge that they know nothing about it.

I am so impressed with the service at this bank. They truly go above and beyond to work with you. We love Carlos the best! He has been nothing but honest, consistent and super informative every time we go to him with questions or concerns. He has helped us more than we ever could have imagined. Everyone at Numerica always has a smile and friendly attitude. It is a bank that you can truly trust.

I wanted to check on a refinance on my home mortgage loan and possible moving my business to this bank. I sat on hold form fifteen minutes only to be told by the person answering the phone that they would have some one call me later. I told her I just sat on hold for fifteen minutes and why didn't she tell me that before. I told her I just wanted to check loan rates but if this is their customer service I would just cross them off the list and go else where. She told me that's fine with an attitude I didn't like and then she hung up on me. I would never do business with these people under any circumstances.

Used to love this credit union. Had some fraudulent activity this fall, and in dealing with it, had to speak to some of the most monotone, apathetic, and passive aggressive customer service workers. They denied my claim while providing no evidence, only claiming the fraudulent party provided "substantial evidence" I was responsible despite never having purchased anything from the biller. The woman on the phone sounded happy to confound me, and make me feel helpless against the situation. I was so insulted that I am closing my account tomorrow and going with Cashmere Valley.

I don't do reviews,
but feel like this is the exception to my rule. I've been given the run around for two business days with several inquiries about a situation that went unanswered. I left work two hours early on Tuesday to go in personally for answers. I was reassured it would be taken care of and not to worry, she'll' personally be in touch. I left there feeling
reassured. My account is now overdrawn with service fees. Crickets from the credit union. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years.. Feeling like I obviously don't really matter. I finally called yet again just before closing, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, just like when i went into the bank, so the person helping me could review it with her supervisor. When she returned to the phone she gave me a completely different senerio I hadn't even heard yet. Very poor customer service. I'm so disappointed in how this has been handled.

Had me sign the title of the car I bought over to them before they even knew I would be approved. Now I'm stuck with no loan or title and it was at their directions. Make sure you're either approved for the loan or don't sign the title over. It's worth the second trip. Now I can't go anywhere else to get a loan because I don't have the title of my own car.
