Very professional employees and they greet you as soon as you come. They provide different services in one location that I don't have to go all around town. They proved quick services and explain everything that you do not understand.

The last couple times I've came here, i went to the same lady and she is nice to other people that i see her communicate with; But when she talks to me it makes me feel bad because she talks to me rudely and she asked me what my income was for. Im so nice to her i have very polite manners and the way she treats me as a customer literally hurts my feelings. She hasn't any patients and if i ask her to repeat she rolls her eyes and repeats back to me in a rudely manner.

I just wanted to extend my sincere thanks to the staff at the Yakima Moneytree. They caught someone attempting to fraudulently cash a check that I had mailed to a contractor, that obviously didn't make it into the right hands. Their quick thinking and responsiveness saved me a large amount of headache, and I can't thank them enough.

Worst money tree ever. They tried to kick everyone out of the entire parking lot. The lady was rude and said we had to leave if not she planed to call the cops. This money tree has multiple essentials businesses that use the same lot. Its a public parking location and I'm sure the other bussnesses located here have a different option to money tree blocking off the parking lot. Bad taste will no longer be doing business with them and I will have to change my pay location for my phone bill. I hope the other bussnesses sue them for lost of business.

Teller was rude and unprofessional. I explained she had not answered the policy questions I asked over the phone. She became argumentative and combative explaining the policy. As I explained, I did not have a problem with their policy; I had a problem I drove out there in the snow with my newborn son just to be explained policies I clearly asked over the phone. Used my banking app to complete the deposit and avoided their ridiculous $105.00 mark up. Never going back. Zero stars. The women there definitely don’t belong in customer service, gross experience overall.
