I missed placed my card so I called to get a new one, I wasn’t informed from the worker they would be charging me $6.00. I’ve been with this credit union for years and only had to replace my card one other time because it would no longer read in stores. A few months ago I was with my mom and she was at the window a lady worker was helping her then apparently that worker was taking to long when the assistant manager came up and told my mom she had to pull around. My mom was like are you serious the lady said yes I’m the assistant manager, do they not realize people go to the window to not have to pull forward. My mom did but wasn’t very happy after that I was deciding if I should close my account because of her rudeness and they was she spoke to my mom, I never did but now I will definitely be switching. I know plenty of other credit unions who don’t charge for a replacement card no matter how many times the customer needs one replaced.

Went in today to try to deposit a check. From the moment the associate opened the door, we felt like we were bothering her. Throughout the short time we were in the lobby, the associate was very passive aggressive. I'm not sure if she was upset she had to help while the other associates were congregating and talking, but I'm sorry I bothered you at your job where you should be demonstrating exceptional customer service. Definitely not going to bank with them in the future.

I am a customer from another credit union, so I go to WSECU as a co-op member.
The staff is always helpful and smiling. They never give me a hassle that I'm from another Credit Union. They treat me with respect and I'm in and out in a timely fashion. Thanks.

Just learned a lesson today if you don’t access your savings account in five years at Washington state employees credit union they will send your savings to the state and then you have to fill out a form with unclaimed money to get it
a little ticked off about it but I’m glad I know about it it was a lot of money
