So I went in to make a deposit and the teller was free. However, she told me she couldn't help and I was supposed to use the automated teller. I ended up having to wait even though there was a free teller. I am going to start looking to bank somewhere else.

Always busy here, but always helpful. Prob best to call for an appt for loan or new accts then u don't end up waiting. Very helpful here.

Terrible service. Account Security is not the best I’ve had problems with others in my accounts! You can never talk to anyone, and can never access the app ever!! 110% unsatisfactory for them. Another things is the automated teller none and I mean none of the employees behind counter will help if there’s an issue… can we please do our jobs just like we all have to do

I came in the Beaver Dam branch on Saturday as I was instructed to. The lady behind the counter attempted to get everyone with a "transaction" to use the automated teller. My issue required one on one customer service. Once she reluctantly took care of my issue and I had already waited at least 15 minutes I asked if she could also deposit a check and she said no use the automated teller. I left and went thru the drive thru. Thanks for not realizing my time is valuable too. If this is the customer service you want to provide your members, I will be looking elsewhere for my MANY financial needs.

Went in to deposit money and tried using the automated teller no one answered but the teller behind the counter was just standing there. So I asked her if I could just have her do it. She said she can't accept cash inside. I had to go to the drive through. So she can take my dirty money that I touched in a drive through but not when I'm already inside. What idiots write these policies??

It's just an ok place to bank, not all too impressed. The app and online banking is always down, especially on the weekend so there is no way to see your balance since nobody is there to take calls. Can be super unnerving. Says they cannot validate and/or access my account. Also, very low daily limit when sending money using Zelle. And I would suggest NOT updating any information on your account online or you will have to go to the branch and verify it in person. Pretty annoying

They told me pay off community credit I'd get a loan lied then I was told I had the loan pick out a car!!!!!! Then nope you don't have a loal nice I will tell everyone I know
