This review is NOT about the Ladysmith branch. They did their job 100%, it's the Call Center that has issues. I waited over 6 hours for a prearranged, out of state wire transfer to be issued. Through a series of staff mistakes, excuses and not returning my calls promptly, my experience will never be forgotten. First person I spoke with sounded like it was his first day on the job. Please fix the Call Center's problems.

Hard to believe that this credit union charges 1% of the value of the check even if they are the ones that issued the check. I sold my truck and they gave me a bank check from Superior Choice CU and they charged me $110 to cash their own check.
