Great customer service by far the best. Amy and Alexis was very helpful, polite, and patient. They made it so easy for me with out all the extra hassle of going to get documents from my bank, employment, refrences and so forth instead I was able to do everything on my phone and still got approved for what I came to borrow. Thank you so much Amy and Alexis, you ladies were fantastic!

Very professional Very good customer service skills and always willing to help customers

I was having issues with a payment that was very time sensitive and I was having issues at home using Moneygram and I first tried for over an hour to resolve the issues until I finally looked up the nearest Moneygram location and I was blessed to have Advance America as my nearest location as they worked nonstop and diligently for 2 hours working with multiple different departments in order to resolve the issues and I have to say that I don’t know if many other locations would deal with the very difficult and time consuming issues to make sure that you have a resolution and to make sure that it was positive experience at that. I would like to especially thank Yvonne and Angela for putting up with me in such a caring and professional manner, I would recommend them to anyone that are in need of their services

Great customer service. I didn’t catch the lady name that helped me. But she was very helpful walked me thru step by step. She needs a raise.
