I wont disclose my personal finances but after 5 plus years with this credit union its apparent to me that now or in the future this small credit union has nothing to offer to anyones growth. Ill be moving FORWARD!

I have no idea where the bad reviews of this Credit Union are coming from. I have been a member for over 6 years, have multiple accounts including 2 loans.
NEVER has a staff member been rude to me. They all greet me every time I come in and engage in small talk if they are not busy.
It's not their fault people make poor financial decisions and get bad credit scores because of it. So stop trying to play the pity game to get an account when they have to follow federal guidelines and tell you no because you can't manage money.
Large checks require a waiting period... EVERYWHERE. So that is what I have to say about that. Don't let angry reviews wreck this financial institution. The staff is great at every branch I have been too. Great loan rates too. Stop in and check it all out yourself.

Worst experience ever, I lost a family member and waited to receive the insurance check so I could pay the funeral home and pick up the remains, after depositing the check I was told someone would call me back in a few minutes, four hours later after no return call I delivered the check to the funeral home. When I contacted the credit union I was told the check, from a local insurance company, will be held for seven days and if a check is drawn on the account it will be returned NSF and I will also be charged $28.00. I was so irate I hung up the phone so as not to say anything I would normally not say, but I have been left with a very bad taste for Forward Financial credit Union and wanted others to be made aware of the uncompassionate customer Service. There has to be a more understanding financial institute in this area.

The most fraud I have ever have was at this bank. Consistently every year I have to get a new Debit card and they charge you to get your money back! Absolutely terrible bank!! Oh and they charge a bill pay fee!

I've been going there for 4 years now and have never had a complaint. Awesome credit union and real people.

I have had an account with them longer than I’d like. Whenever I have concerns with with or any questions they are so rude or don’t reply. They also have had transactions go through and do nothing about them when I call them to tell them I either didn’t authorize that transaction or it was a scam. Instead they just say that I need to be more careful. Highly suggest going to a different bank.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Forward has 30$ late fees and will charge multiple fees for the same transactions, and the same day. Beware the workers, most of them are VERY rude and unprofessional. I would highly recommend looking into other banking options first.
