The drive up tellers are always friendly, and personable. Their telephone customer service is above average. The online banking and bill pay are easy to navigate. And their personal bankers have always treated us as individuals, not an account number in the system.

We have been banking at this location for 15 years. The staff is friendly, professional, and great to work with. We couldn't ask for anything better from a regional bank with a "local" feel. The on-line banking and 24/7 phone access to people who "know" what they are doing is also top notch.

Very unhappy with our service here. The account often doesn't match what it should contain for money. They are a corporate bank as well, so all their rules are decided by the government, then the CEO. You have no say in anything. Switch to a smaller, community bank or credit union where you aren't just a number.

This bank is horrible. They charge ungodly fees for checks written on their own bank. Other banks do not do that

The people here are awesome, the main reason why I bank there. I am always addressed by my name and feel very welcome. Whenever I have an issue they always take care of it, recommend them 100 percent

I am a new member of this bank had an account with them now for about 2 months. I went in on Saturday afternoon to withdraw money from my account and Jamie Peel the banker who assisted me was so polite and helpful I just wanted to let her know she is much appreciated thank you for the excellent service!!! I am updating my review to add in that bank teller Sylvia was very helpful and kind appreciate the wonderful service!
