We had set up an appointment a week ago to meet with someone at plover location for a potential mortgage. However, they wouldn't be able to provide a mortgage as we needed a personal loan. No problem.
My husband arrived before me. He was getting a jump start on the application. I arrived and noticed my credit was ran without my approval from a woman named Kathy. I never signed any paperwork or anything stating she could run it. When I arrived she began typing and submitted to underwriting. She had to call due to an "issue" to another underwriter. At this time I was seriously not impressed and by the results and how she spoke I was over it. I was fuming. She was not helpful. She was inconsiderate and rude. She also stated that we didn't have an appointment when we called a week in advance. Made it seem like such an inconvenience.
I left very upset. I called back and she rudely answered this is Kathy. Not how can I help nothing. I explained to her something and she said well she was just about to be done and will get to it tomorrow. Such an incovience once again.
Now, we normally work with Stacey on Hoover road location but decided to try a new branch. I refuse to work or talk to Kathy. She was very rude. I made a call out to Stacey to help us out and awaiting on a call back.
I had a hard hit inquiry without my permission to while I was driving there and I will be seeking immediate action against the credit union.
We have been customers for a long time and this is unacceptable.

I'm not a member of this credit union but they co-op with other credit union banks and cash my check w/o charges. Love it such a wonderful idea for people who have moved n love there credit union u have options people.....

When I look up the hours it tells me it's open, it's 130 on a Monday. It seems like the bank is never open. Change your hours at least to the correct ones!!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Christie Keen. She is extremely talented and passionate about what she does! It is a breath of fresh air to get the service of this caliber. Everything was explained in detail and the entire loan process was very simple. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. She even worked around our busy work schedules and went above and beyond to stay after hours to get the job done! Wow! We are very impressed! Lastly a huge thank you to the behind the scene team for your hard work and dedication to helping us out! Simplicity is the best!
