Had previously left a wonderful review as their employees are great but as a bank, with the technology... they're behind the times. And it's getting more and more painful to deal with as a customer with each year. Their online banking tends to have more issues and delays then it doesn't. I've started to wind down my use of their account as I can't rely on their technology to work.
But their tellers are absolutely wonderful in their bankers are always friendly.

The online banking is off-line at least 2 to 3 days per week, when called about it the say its a vendor problem. Well sister your vendor problem just became my problem. No one at this bank cares about their customers!

Friendly and helpful staff. Truly watching out for safety of your money. When my card number was stolen twice they caught it immediately and I didn't loose anything. Hometown bankers where they know you by name and value you.

Had previously left a wonderful review as their employees are great but as a bank, you can't trust that their card is going to work. It is now a running joke with friends and family that my card is not going to work. And even if you do wise up because you can't trust it and stop to get cash their ATM is down what feels like 9 out of 10 times, call to complain that their ATM was down and I had to go to a different bank and now get charged two fees and they said you were notified there would be a fee with a different ATM, ah it's not my fault your only ATM in town is down?
They're a better Banks to bank at.
